By downloading, installing, or using Swatch (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

Swatch is a color perception game intended for entertainment and educational purposes. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms.

Accounts

Some features require Game Center or an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Swatch offers optional in-app purchases including Swatch Pro subscriptions and palette packs. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Intellectual Property

All content in Swatch — including color names, palettes, game mechanics, visual design, and code — is the intellectual property of Experial Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or game scores through unauthorized means
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Experial Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
